In terms of § 535 BGB a binding contract has been fulfilled by booking rooms.
Therefore, the following charges in case of cancellation, short-term changes or early departure shall apply:
Up to 4 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival, we charge 50 % of the agreed rate.
Up to 1 week before arrival and in the case of an early departure, we charge 80 % of the agreed rate.
For group bookings of more than 4 rooms the following agreement shall apply:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival, cancellation is free of charge.
Up to 3 weeks before arrival, we charge 50 % of the agreed rate.
Up to 1 week before arrival and in the case of an early departure, we charge 80 % of the agreed rate.
In terms of § 309 Ziff. 5b BGB you are entiteled to prove you are not liable for damage.
